Ordering is simple: either send us an e-mail or we can meet and discuss things in person (or via video call).

A face-to-face interaction would be most efficient as we can immediately discuss your wishes and our capabilities, and show some samples. However, for simple designs an e-mail may suffice.

What you can think about in advance:

  • What product do you want?
  • How should it look (dimensions, color(s), logo/text)?
  • Are there specific requirements (temperature, weatherproof, ...)?

Use the contact form below to get in touch with us. We aim to respond within 3 work days. Consultations are completely free.

What's next?

1. We design

We create your design. If your design is specific, and similar enough to our existing designs (see the samples on this webpage), the design cost is free. If your design is very novel we might charge a design fee. We will tell you whether we require a design fee in advance, so don't worry about that.

2. You confirm

Once we have made the design we will contact you and ask you what you think. One round of revisions is included for free, so make good use of this. For subsequent revisions we will issue a design fee. Once you have confirmed and approved the design, we will start manufacturing.

3. We manufacture

Upon receiving your approval we begin manufacturing. We will inform you of the estimated manufacturing time, and any progress that has been made. The products will be delivered once the whole batch has been produced. An invoice will be sent once the products have been delivered.

This overview contains price estimates. The final price depends on factors such as manufacturing time/complexity, and which materials are used.

For coasters and coaster holders, the starting price is 55 SEK per piece. This includes a basic material (basic or matte plastic), in a single color. Additional colors add 10 SEK per piece. Special materials (partial wood, semi-transparent, metallic, or glow-in-the-dark) also add 10 SEK per piece. The minimal order amount is 20 pieces.

For cutlery holders, the starting price is 350 SEK per piece. This includes a cutlery holder with 2 cutlery slots. This price is for a basic material (basic or matte plastic), in a single color. Additional colors add 30 SEK per piece. Special materials add 20% to the price, relative to the portion of the special material (e.g. if half the product is a special material, and half is basic plastic, the price will increase by 20%). A larger size, for example when adding more cutlery slots or a napkin holder, will increase the price proportionally to the manufacturing time. The minimum order amount is 5 pieces.

The optional design fee is 39 SEK/h. This fee is only applicable for elaborate and novel designs. We will inform you if a design fee is necessary for your project or not. For large orders a potential design fee may be waived.

For items not (yet) listed here, a similar pricing plan will be applied: i.e. the price is relative to the manufacturing time and materials used.

In all cases you will not be charged anything until you are satisfied with the proposed design and have confirmed the order. Consultations are completely free so don't worry about contacting us.

Details on this webpage are subject to change. The final price will always be detailed on the quote sent to you.

There are several categories of options to choose from: material type, color, and shape.

We offer "basic materials", which include basic and matte plastics. We also offer "special materials", which include semi-transparent, metallic, and glow-in-the-dark plastics, as well as a 60% wood compound.

Our materials can be offered in different colors. The "basic materials" can be offered in a very wide range of colors while the "special materials" come in specific colors.

A full list of our materials and color options can be found in this PDF.

All product shapes can be modified. This means that we can change the dimensions, add or remove parts such as cutlery slots, or change the basic shape such as having round or hexagonal coasters, and also include certain patterns. We can also transform your logo in to a 3-dimensional shape and include it on the product. For specific cases we can also design completely novel shapes.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend cleaning the products with regular dish soap and hot water (up to 60 degrees celcius). Machine wash is not recommended as it might be too hot, and the cleaning agents too aggressive. Alcoholic disinfectants may induce discoloration.

While our products are non-toxic, they do not carry the food-contact certification. This means that they are safe to use for products that do not directly touch food, such as the cutlery holders and coasters. It also means that we do not currently manufacture products that do touch food directly (e.g. cups or cutlery).

If you have specific concerns or requirements let us know and we can assess the possibilities.

Technically, the materials used hold well up to 60 °C. From 170 °C the materials will start to melt.

The coasters can withstand cups with boiling water. We have tested this thoroughly multiple times with different sized cups that contained boiling water. Submerging them in boiling water will, however, soften the material. Boiling water can also be used to repair bent products (e.g. pour boiling water over a coaster and then put something heavy on it while it cools. Be careful not to hurt yourself).

Our products cannot withstand open flame and should not be placed near fire places, candles or other heat sources.

Bent goods can be attempted to be fixed using boiling water (make sure to take safety precautions). Either pour boiling water over the bent item, or submerge it briefly, to soften the material. Once it's soft you can try to bend it back into place. For coasters specifically we recommend pouring boiling water over it in a safe location, then placing something heavy on it while it cools.

Fixing scratches is less straightforward but you could attempt to lightly melt the plastic using a soldering iron or the hot end of a glue gun. Hold the hot end near the damaged area until it softens. Be careful not to burn yourself and keep sufficient distance from the hot end. We do not recommend using an open flame as this will likely damage the item.

For discoloration we currently do not have any recommended method of fixing it.

Damaged items can of course be re-ordered, this includes components of parts such as the cutlery slots for the cutlery holders. However, manufacturing individual items is more costly than batch manufacturing items, thus we recommend requesting new components in batches, or as part of a new order.

Although we provide these tips, we do not provide any guarantee or warranty when using these methods so use them at your own risk.

In all cases, be careful when using hot items and liquids. Make sure your environment can handle the heat and always keep a safe distance. Never touch boiling water or the hot end of a soldering iron or a glue gun directly.
